Key Responsibilities:
Lead Provision & Development:
Provide leads and guide the team in sourcing additional opportunities within target segments.
Customer Engagement:
Train the team in effective customer outreach, response techniques, and tactics to drive customer interaction and interest.
Business Development:
Equip the team to identify relevant cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
SOP & Compliance:
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in operations.
MIS & Reporting:
Ensure accurate data entry and regular reporting for tracking performance and improvements.
Team Motivation & Target Focus:
Foster a supportive environment, set clear targets, and keep the team motivated towards goal achievement.
Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, with experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills are essential. Should be from a product based company.
